The challenge

Der Darmexperte had 600,000 followers and earned nothing from them. He posted every day, with no product to sell, almost no email list, and no system behind any of it, not even a way to deliver his partners' promo codes. He wanted to turn that audience into a membership, without becoming a marketer himself. His one condition was simple: he would keep posting and delivering his webinars, and someone else would build and run the rest.

What I built

The go-to-market

He had 400,000 Instagram followers and almost no email list. I grew it from close to zero to 19,000 in eight months, with lead magnets and ManyChat funnels that turn a comment into a subscriber, then into a buyer.

An AI knowledge base

Built from his own material: every webinar and Q&A transcript, his ideal client, his mission, his voice, and the notes from our strategy calls. It holds what only he knows.

The content engine

Each month it pulls from his latest webinars and builds the full campaign: the landing page, the promotional emails, the follow-ups and the lead magnets, in his voice. I approve each piece, then it publishes itself, mapped to where the reader sits in the funnel.

The result

He went from a large audience and no revenue to a recurring membership business, built and run almost entirely without him. Ten months in, his only two jobs are still posting and teaching.
