Mercury Living Property runs on Instagram. The founder generates her leads there, which means she needs a steady stream of ideas and scripts, every single day. Every post started with a blank page and a guess about what would actually land.

What I built

A knowledge base

Her voice, her brand and her ideal client, plus the recordings of her real sales calls. That gives the system her buyers' actual objections, fears and desires, so the content speaks to them directly.

The competitive-intelligence engine

It scans the top accounts in her space and finds the outliers, the posts pulling far more views than their follower count should allow. Then it reverse-engineers why: the hook, the storyline, what holds attention. It hands back ideas already shaped to her brand.

The carousel engine

From a single sheet to a finished, on-brand carousel: the script is written, dropped into her Canva template, and the caption is drafted. I approve every piece before anything goes out.
