The challenge

Checking how the marketing was doing meant opening four different places: Facebook for the ads, Google for analytics, the CRM for email and newsletter growth, the payment tool for sales. The numbers lived in separate tabs, which made them slow to gather and easy to ignore. Decisions ended up running on memory and gut feeling.
